They say you are only as good as your last book. Here was mine. Arbitron results back to 1987 available upon request.

All numbers are in Shares

I'm missing some files from a hard drive crash. But, if you check, you'll find that my Summer '02
numbers for Richmond, Virginia WRXL were the best I ever had, even though the morning show with Dee Snider,
the mid-day voice tracked guy, nor the shock jock afternoon kid couldn't pull 3 shares. So, the company pulled
the plug on the format. And here I am.
I will pay good money for copies of the Richmond 2001 and 2002 books. They, also, show that I beat the local CHR and AC stations in women in the 21-35 break outs. Talk about Mass Appeal! How many Rock Jocks can say that. All this without resorting to fart jokes. (Ok 4 of them. But that was it.) Spring '02 ARB's 7pm- 12 -> Men 18-34 #1 @ 8.5 / Men 18-44 #1 @ 7.0 Men 25-34 #1 @ 13.0 / Men 25-49 #1 @ 5.5 Persons 25-34 #1 @ 8.2 (no Winter 2002 #'s available) Fall '02 ARB's 7pm - 12 -> Men 18-34 #1 @6.8 / Men 25-34 #1 @ 9.0 Summer '01 ARB's 7pm - 12 -> Men 18-24 #1 @ 19.6 !!!/ Men 21-34 #1 @ 11.4 !!! (This was voicetracked. Fall 2000 - September 11, 2001 was spent in support of an aging morning show.) (Careful scrutiny will show that this was a 200% jump from Spring '01 for the same daypart.) Summer '00 ARB's 7pm -12->Men 18-34 WRXL 9.0 /Men 12-54 WRXL 6.2 /Men 12-17 WRXL 8.3 / Spring '00 ARB's 7pm -12-> Men 18-34 WRXL 9.2 /Men 18-54 WRXL 5.6 /Men 25-34 WRXL 13.5 / Fall '99 ARB's 7pm -12 Men 18-34 WRXL 14.5 /Men 18-54 WRXL 7.9 /Men 12-54 WRXL 7.9 /
Summer '00 Book

Typical break down of this market and my roll in it.

WCDX -Urban #1 across the board
WRVQ -CHR #2 with women and #2 where noted*
WRXL is me. A 27 year Heritage Album Rock station
          that was going through awful format switches
          between Alternative Rock and Classic Rock,
          but, mostly Classic Rock (which makes my
         younger numbers all that much more unusual).

WDYL - a recent Active Rock arrival on the scene.
